Overview
Makeup Majix is a seasoned lifestyle service with focus on beauty and bridal services in Trinidad and Tobago. To redesign their website, we were asked to develop a booking service that is strikingly identical to their onsite operations.
The Challenge
A carefully undertaken user research revealed that users dislike: Radio silence from online sellers, Brief makeup tutorials with little depth, Having to pay for dress-fitting and makeup trials.
The Solution
Direct messaging was developed for the users to the admins, Online and onsite comprehensive makeup courses were introduced to the booking service, free beauty trials are included for users who have booked beauty sessions.
